Sessions are held via Zoom on the 1st Thursday of every month, 8-9pm.
Your dreams are an untapped resource- a personalised oracle providing insight into your subconscious experience... once you learn how to work with them. This group will meet monthly and share dreams- then using a range of group dream work methods we will explore a few dreams to gather understanding. This is not about analysing each other- the exploration of a dream will provide helpful reflections for the whole group.
